The platform reaches the ground and all the rose petals are blown off, leaving the metallic surface and one car wash.
The carwash's brushes all fly out and stop spinning, ready to present it's little creation.
The car slowly revs up its engine and moves out of the carwash. It's pink!
The car emerges, accompanied by many wisps of steam.
The back of the car reveals a liscence plate with the Rose symbol and a name, "Utena." [Just in case you thought it was someone else's car...]
The Utena car comes to a stop next to Anthy. She stares at it in surprise. "Are you Utena?" she wonders.
Suddenly, rust starts forming on the liscence plate, and then starts to cover the entire car.
Behind Anthy, the Shadow Girls' 'Scandalous Video' replays, showing Akio tearing the place apart. "The key, they key... where is it?" he cries.
Anthy looks down in her hand. Nestled in there where the Rose Signet used to be is a silver and pink key, complete with rose symbol.
Anthy gets into the car and places the key in the ignition. "Let's go, Utena," she says, "To the outside world."
When she turns the car on, the rust disappears in a flash of light.
The engine revs up and the car flies down the road to its ultimate destination.
