It gives the impression that Akio is more of a jokester and a playboy than the big bad guy behind the mask. (I dubbed it "Namby-Pamby-Boy's theme" because it sounds, well, kind of namby-pamby. And Akio sliding over the car hoods? I think this boy needs to see a head doctor... ^_^)
