Important NewsInformation added 3/01:
Hi everyone. There's a few things going on right now that I thought you should know. Address Change Due to various issues and developments, the Anime Online Network (soon to be Anime Fandom) will be charging a $5 yearly fee for their services, which includes website redirection that Neko.Net has been using for over a year. I understand their need for a more solid financial support but I signed up to use only the web redirection because it was free and had no pop-up banners like V3 began to employ. Therefore, in a short while when Anime Online's changes go into place, we will no longer be going by the address http://anime.at/nekonet/ - instead, we'll be right where we've always been - at http://members.limitless.org/~mingling/neko.net/. If you have any links or bookmarks, please change them to the longer address. We've always been here and I've never employed site masking, but I know lots of people have probably linked to the anime.at site. The linkage banners have been changed to reflect this. Update Situation It's been more than 2 months without an update, and I apologize to everyone for this. There are several reasons why there are, and will be, fewer updates. The first is that I've been very busy with many other website projects and 2 major fanfic projects, all which can be found at the ml.2000 nexus. I've currently been working on an Utena movie page and am redesigning my personal site. Instead of having only Neko.Net and my personal site, I've now got about 6 different subsites that need attention. Also, moving up into college and a full-time summer job really cuts in on my time. Another reason is because this site is fairly complete. We've got the largest collection of Tama-Neko manga images, plenty of information and fun things to entertain visitors, and there isn't much more to add, except for the occasional fanfic or fanart piece. Lastly, my interest in Fushigi Yuugi has faded. It's still one of my all-time favorite series, but I've moved on to other things - namely Utena, Slayers, and Kodomo no Omocha. All this means that Neko.Net has taken up less interest in my mind and thus will be a bit more neglected than some of my other sites. Thank you for your understanding in both of these issues.
