Fun Tama-Neko Goodies

I've gathered up stuff from around the internet for your enjoyment. What is your pleasure? There are stories for you to read, pictures for you to look at, and a small but growing section of goodies for your computer! And I've stashed the awards here because, well.. they're fun, aren't they? And they didn't quite fit in any other section... (gets a sweatdrop). Without further ado, let's get into the fun stuff! (After all, isn't that why you came here?

Awards: Awards and honors Neko.Net has won.

Goodies: Computer goodies ranging from wallpapers to Winamp skins to icons and sounds to spice up your computer.

Cosplay:

Tama-Neko dresses up as everyone else, so why not dress up as Tama-Neko? I haven't personally, but someone else has!

Animazement 2000: Thanks to Nekojita I've gotten a few pictures of the Tama-Neko Cosplayer who went to Animazement 2000! This was the con Watase Yuu attended, and according to Nekojita, she really turned when the cosplayer entered the room. ^_^ She also won the costume contest as well!

Anime Central (Acen) 2000: I checked out A Fan's View since they have lots of photos from the con, and found two more shots of the Tama-Neko cosplayer! I do hope I can meet this person at AX! The costume is awesome.

Guess what! The Tama-Neko Cosplayer has been sighted at Akon2000 held in Texas! These pictures came from A Fan's View again, since I, of course, was unable to attend. And yes... the cosplayer is female! She won the Technical award and one of the Doujinshi Artists awards, according to the website! And here is what the Fans View site reported from the cosplay panel:
Heather McCollum has gotten a lot of attention and some awards with her large Tama-Chan cat costume, and more attention with the Lum bikini that she wore to A-Kon. Tama-Chan is made of fur-colored foam, sized to fit the wearer, sewn and hot-glued together.

Hero Cat -- Written by Ming-Ling, set after the 2nd OVA series/Manga Part 2. Basic plot: When Boushin, the crown prince of Konan, gets sick, can Chichiri and Tama-Neko heal him? Contains Spoilers for the series/2nd OVA series!

Healer -- Written by Ming-Ling, semi-set before the series. Basic Plot: How did Tama-Neko end up in the care of Mitsukake? This fic puts forth how they might have met. Contains spoilers to episode 20ish, and Mitsukake character spoilers for the end of the 2nd OVA series. This fic won an award at the Mitsukake.com Tenshaku fanfiction contest!

Suzaku no Neko -- A fanfiction idea, not written out. A Round-Robin story, email me if you'd like to write a part or two. Basic Plot: Um, see the page. May contain spoilers.

Chance Encounters -- Written by Night Mare and posted to the fyfanfiction mailing list - another version of how Tama-Neko and Mitsukake met, this time told from Tama-Neko's point of view! Spoilers to episode 20ish/Mitsukake's past

Tears -- Another awesome fic written by Night Mare and posted to the fyfanfiction mailing list, so tell her how great she is for writing fics from Tama-Neko's point of view! This one deals with a loss for Tama-Neko and the Suzaku no Shichi Seishi, and contains spoilers for episode 47.
