Any Minitokyo member is encouraged to participate as a waller. You may enter as few or as many rounds as you like.
Why would you want to participate? Well, first off - it should be fun! Do you have a distinct walling style? When you submit wallpapers to Minitokyo, do people glance at the thumbnail and think, "Oh, WallerX must have made it"?
