Rose Petals and Cherry Blossoms (aka RoseCherry) is my current fanfiction endeavor and is a Card Captor Sakura and Shoujo Kakumei Utena crossover. It began as a response to my friend Kero-chan's fanfiction challenge and then took on a life on its own. In a nutshell, the challenge was to write a story in which Sakura and Shaoran do not stay a couple, but instead move on to other loves, with the focus being on Sakura. (She was annoyed that Sakura and Shaoran seemed to be the couple everyone liked to work with.) Curious? I hope so.
Please note that I'm working with my own tilt on both the Sakura-verse and the Utena-verse. Because this story is set after both of those respective series have ended, there are major spoilers for both series. Also, since some time has past between the end of the series and this story, I'll be providing some background information on the settings, the characters, and what's going on up until now.
If you came here thinking this site was Tomorrow's Melody, which housed CCS movie 2 screencaps, then I'm afraid you'll be disappointed. I took down that site months ago because I found other, better movie 2 screencap image galleries that made mine unnecessary.

9/12/01: No new chapters, but a new layout, and about time, too! And RoseCherry has passed the 50 page mark.
9/2/01: Full beta version of chapter 7 is posted!
8/25/01: Posted partial version of chapter 7. The duel scene is coming next. ^_^
8/11/01: Ok, no more speed records. It looks like a month a chapter is a good timing stick to go by, becausue Chapter 6 beta posted. I don't like it as much as the others, but I really want to get onto chapter 7! ^___^
7/7/01: Breaking personal speed records here (fastest before was a chapter every 4/5 days with SlayFUSH - but those chapters were only 4 pages long ^^) - Chapter 5 beta posted!
7/5/01: Edited chapter 4 to fix a few continuity errors.
7/4/01: Now that summer vacation's started, I was able to sit down and, POOF! Chapter 4 came out of a single sitting! Beta uploaded.
6/5/01: Chapter 3 beta uploaded.
6/4/01: 2 more scenes in Chapter 3, chapter title assigned, still working on more.
5/25/01: 2 more scenes in Chapter 3, first scene edited slightly. Still more to come in this chapter, so stay tuned.
5/20/01: Final version 2 posted. No major changes. Chapter 3 in beginning writing stages, it will likely be a fairly long chapter.
5/17/01: Beta version 2 of chapter 2 posted. Only change is to the last scene, because I forgot the entire purpose of that scene. Do reread, it's got some stuff that'll pertain to chapter 3. ^_^v
5/16/01: Full beta version of chapter 2 posted.
5/13/01: Final version of chapter 1 posted. Added link to CCS movie 2 screencaps at another site. Partial beta version of chapter 2 posted.
